Jeroen Saccheri winner of the advanced category

Jeroen won the advanced category of the Mandarin Speaking Competition 2012. He is standing with Lorraine Thomas from HSBC and Christopher Rennie from the British Council. Now in its ninth year the competition run by the British Council and HSBC supports and promotes the teaching of Mandarin Chinese as a modern foreign language in UK schools – and is the only national event of its kind in the UK.
